1. Information we process

MemeVibe may process photos you choose to upload, generation task status, generated results, a local install identifier, device runtime information, subscription status, and necessary error logs. This information is used to generate meme packs, show work history, recover generation progress, verify Pro access, and improve app reliability.

2. Photos and generated results

Uploaded photos are used for the generation task you request. Generated results may be shown in the app and stored in your work history. We retain generated results only as needed to provide history and recovery features; you may request deletion by contacting support. Please do not upload photos you do not have the right to use or content containing sensitive personal information.

3. Local install identifier

To recover work history without requiring account login, the app may create and store a random install identifier on your device. This identifier should not contain your name, phone number, email address, or hardware serial number.

4. Photo album permission

When you choose to save images or GIFs to your album, the app requests permission to add photos. This permission is used only to write your generated content to the local photo album. If you deny permission, you can enable it later from the app's system Settings page.

5. Third-party services

MemeVibe may use Supabase for backend, storage, identity, and work history; AI generation providers to process the photos and prompts you submit; Apple to process App Store purchases; and RevenueCat to verify subscription status. We aim to transmit only the data necessary to provide the requested functionality. Third-party services may process request data according to their own policies.
