1. Service

MemeVibe provides AI-assisted meme and animated GIF generation. You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and other content you submit, and you must have the rights needed to use that content.

2. Acceptable use

Do not upload or generate illegal, infringing, harassing, pornographic, violent, or privacy-invasive content. We may limit or suspend access if the service is misused.

3. Subscriptions

MemeVibe Pro is an auto-renewable subscription processed by the Apple App Store. Subscription benefits, price, and renewal period are shown before purchase. You can cancel renewal at any time in Apple subscription settings and restore active purchases in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

4. Generated content

You may use generated content for personal expression and sharing, subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not use the service or generated output to train third-party models, resell the service, or violate another person's rights.

5. Availability and changes

AI results may vary and can contain errors. We may update, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for reliability, safety, legal compliance, or product improvement.
